Harcroft Lighting is a wholly owned subsidiary of Best & Gee PTY. LTD., a large privately owned holding company with investments in lighting, liquor, equities and property.

Best & Gee was incorporated in 1926 and is a subsidiary of DTW Uther & Associates PTY. LTD.

Harcroft operates from its head office at Seven Hills, Sydney, and has offices in Queensland and Victoria. We are represented in North Queensland by JEM Distributors, South Australia through Deluxe Lighting services, Tasmania through W.P. Martin, Western Australia through Specific Lighting, and Northern New South Wales through Stramac.

We have coverage throughout Australia for our products, and are very much a nationally focussed company.

Our main manufacturing plant is located at Seven Hills, Sydney, New South Wales.

Facilities include a first class computer controlled metal shop, powder coating paint line, wiring and assembling facilities, laboratory with heat and photometric capabilities, and research and development with engineering and design expertise.

The company’s major product range has been developed with over 4,000 EMC compliant products, together with a complete range of e.m.c. compliant standrad stock fittings. all products are manufactured to AS60598 compliance.

Harcroft has a highly skilled work force of over 100, in addition to a professional team of engineers, designers and both an internal and external fully qualified sales force. with an emphasis in the project and related specialty design fields, Harcroft is well placed to serve the needs as one major Australian lighting fixture manufacturing company.

Harcroft client base includes major companies such as Bovis Lend Lease, Woolworths, Big W, Coles, Westfield and Mirvac.
