88 Phillip Street (Aurora Place) is situated in the core of Sydney's CBD on the site of the former State Office Block and comprises the 41-floor ABN AMRO Tower, an 18-floor residential building and supporting retail facilities. It was designed by the world renowned architect Renzo Piano and developed by Bovis Lend Lease and East Asia Property Group.
Harcroft was required to design and install lighting that not only suited the elegance of design, but utilised the latest in energy efficient technology. We installed approximately 8,000 Harcroft Lighting Air Handling Recessed Troffers fitted with special low brightness aluminium louvres, together with a wide range of other specialist products throughout all areas of the building.
The entire Harcroft product supplied to this new Sydney landmark was manufactured at our Seven Hills premises.
